Royal Roads University - Summer Leadership Academy
Leadership Academy students will gain leadership skills while heightening English and intercultural competencies.
Blending experiential and challenge-based learning, this program actively engages students to apply their learning to actionable projects in teams with the objective of making positive change in the world, both locally and globally.
Designed for students 17+ years of age with moderate English language ability (5.0 IELTS, TOEIC 600,TOEFL iBT 60, ability to discuss topics and ideas in English).

What You Will Learn

Theme: GLOBAL LEADERSHIP (Week 1 - Introduction to Global Leadership, Week 2 - The Leader in You)
Module 2 (August 14, 2023 - August 25, 2023 )
Theme: COMMUNITY IMPACT (Week 1 - Community Leadership, Week 2 - Environmental Leadership)

Tuition & Fees
2-week program $1,300.00 CAD (includes medical insurance, bus passes for the duration of the program)
4-week program $2,500 CAD (includes medical insurance, bus passes for the duration of the program)

How to Apply 【Please note the application deadline for students who want Homestay is now May 15, and for students who wish to stay at the dormitory is June 15 (first come, first served).】
Step 1. Test your English
This program is designed for students with a minimum of a low Intermediate level of English. Take our free online assessment to see whether you are ready to study with us.
Step 2. Agent Representation Authorization
If you are applying through an International Recruitment Agent, your agent will give you an Agent Representation Authorization form to complete to give permission for them to help you. Submit your completed form to the GLLC from your email. If you are registering by yourself, skip to Step 3.
International Recruitment Agents: If you are interested in becoming an International Recruitment Agent for GLLC programs, please contact Email住址會使用灌水程式保護機制。你需要啟動Javascript才能觀看它. If you have an active International Recruitment Agent agreement with Royal Roads University, please ask your client to complete and submit the Agent Representation Authorization form before proceeding with the registration process.
Step 3. Registration

Step 4. Confirmation and Payment
We will send you a confirmation email with payment instructions. After your payment has been received and confirmed, the GLLC will send your Letter of Acceptance, which you will need to obtain your Visa (if required)
Step 5. Prepare for your Journey to Canada
Apply for the appropriate visa or study permit, if applicable.
