計畫經費 | 1. 補助額度:補助「擴充加值」經費與原計畫經費總和,每計畫每年以新臺幣1,200千元為原則。惟實際核定經費以審查結果為準,並以新臺幣700千元為上限。 2. 補助經費項目:國際合作主持費(依規定主動增核)、國際合作所需業務費(含研究人力費及物品耗材費)、研究設備費、赴國外差旅費等。 3. 捷方訪臺所需費用由GACR支應,請勿於計畫書內編列。 |

補助期程 | 1. 雙邊選定通過之計畫自2026年1月1日起開始執行,與捷方共同研究計畫之執行期間相同。 2. 計畫期程得為2年期或3年期。 |

計畫重點 | 本計畫必須由臺灣及捷克雙方研究人員共同組成計畫團隊,研議合作細節並分別完成撰寫計畫申請書,分別提送國科會及捷克科學基金會(GACR),任一方未收到申請書,則合作案無法成立。 | ||
對象/資格 | 1. 臺方計畫主持人應符合下列資格條件: (1) 以現正執行國科會補助研究案計畫(下稱原計畫),且於徵件截止日內,原計畫執行期限尚未屆滿之計畫主持人為限。所稱原計畫不含規劃推動案、產學合作案、代辦案及雙(多)邊協議國際合作研究計畫。 (2) 計畫主持人執行國科會重大政策性專案計畫,不得再執行國科會其他補助計畫者,仍可提送本方案申請書,以確保雙邊協議合作案之申請得以成案。 2. 捷方計畫主持人資格依GACR相關規定處理。 |

Project funding | 1. Subsidy amount: The sum of the "expansion and value-added" funds and the original project funds, with a principle of NT$1,200,000 per project per year. However, the actual approved funding will be subject to the review results, and will be capped at NT$700,000. 2. Subsidy items: International cooperation hosting fees (actively increased according to regulations), business expenses required for international cooperation (including research manpower costs and material consumables), research equipment costs, travel expenses abroad, etc. 3. The expenses required for the Czech side to visit Taiwan will be paid by GACR. Please do not include them in the plan. |

Subsidy Period | 1. The projects selected by both sides shall be implemented from January 1, 2026, which is the same period as the implementation of the joint research projects of the Czech side. 2. The duration of the plan may be 2 or 3 years. |

Project Highlights | This project must be jointly organized by researchers from Taiwan and the Czech Republic to form a project team, discuss the details of the cooperation, and complete the project application separately, which will be submitted to the National Science Council and the Czech Science Foundation (GACR) respectively. If either party does not receive the application, the cooperation project cannot be established. | ||
Eligibility | 1. Taiwan project leaders must meet the following qualifications: (1) They must be project leaders who are currently implementing a research project funded by the National Science Council (hereinafter referred to as the original project) and whose original project implementation period has not yet expired on the deadline for submission of applications. The so-called original plan does not include planning promotion projects, industry-university cooperation projects, agency projects and international cooperative research projects under bilateral (multilateral) agreements. (2) Project leaders who are implementing major policy projects of the National Science Council and are no longer allowed to implement other NSC subsidy projects may still submit applications for this program to ensure that their applications for bilateral cooperation agreements are successful. 2. The qualifications of the Czech project leader will be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of GACR. |
