一、請統一透過歐方線上平台提出申請。
二、經歐盟審查成案者，本國團隊須於該歐盟計畫起始執行一年內向本會提出申請。得至本會網站線上提出「專題類隨到隨審之雙邊協議專案型國際合作計畫（Full Grant）」申請案，並由申請人所任職機構造具申請名冊備函送本會提出申請。未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。
三、審查作業期間：自收到申請公文之次日起六個月內完成(進行審查及會內行政流程)，必要時，得予延長；故請於申請時「留意計畫執行起日」時間，以利與國外合作夥伴團隊順利執行該項計畫。
四、計畫主持人主持本會「雙邊協議專案型國際合作計畫」件數至多以2件為限。

1. Please apply through the EU online platform.
2. For projects that have been approved by the European Union, the domestic team must submit an application to the Commission within one year of the start of the EU project. You can submit an application for the "Full Grant" online on the website of the Council, and the applicant's institution shall prepare an application list and send it to the Council for application. No applications will be accepted for cases that do not receive subsidies.
3. Review period: It must be completed within six months from the day after the application is received (for review and internal administrative procedures). It may be extended if necessary. Therefore, please pay attention to the "plan implementation start date" when applying to facilitate the smooth implementation of the plan with the overseas partner team.
4. The number of "Bilateral Agreement Project-based International Cooperation Projects" that a project leader can lead is limited to 2.
