| 計畫重點 | 一、本會與英國自然環境研究委員會 (The Natural Environment Research Council, NERC)共同推動雙方學術交流與發展，包括科學家的訪問、研究人員交換、在具共同興趣及互補專長之合作領域中的設備分享，合作領域為「環境科學(environmental science)」領域。 二、計畫內容須由臺、英雙方計畫主持人共同研議後，分別向本會及協議單位（NERC）同時提出計畫申請書，合作案始獲成立。 三、英方計畫名稱： “Environmental Sciences: Global Partnerships Seedcorn Fund 2025” |

| Project funding | Taiwan and the UK will each bear the research funds required for the cooperation project. Our subsidy for "expansion and value-added" funds is capped at NT$600,000 per year per project. Funds from different years shall not be used interchangeably. | ||

| Project Highlights | 1. The Association and the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) of the United Kingdom jointly promote academic exchanges and development between the two sides, including visits by scientists, exchanges of researchers, and sharing of equipment in areas of common interest and complementary expertise. The area of cooperation is the field of "environmental science". 2. The project content must be jointly discussed by the project leaders from Taiwan and the UK, and the project application must be submitted to this Council and the agreement unit (NERC) at the same time before the cooperation project is established. 3. | Eligibility | The Taiwan project leader should meet the following qualifications: 1. Limited to being the leader of a research project currently being funded by this Association (hereinafter referred to as the "original project"). 2. The original plan in the preceding paragraph does not include planning promotion plans, bilateral agreement joint plans, and industry-university cooperation plans. |

1. This call for submissions is conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Operational Guidelines for Subsidizing Bilateral (Multilateral) Agreements and International Cooperation to Expand Value-Added (Add-on) Programs" of this Council. 2. If there are force majeure factors, the review time of the agreement institution or the delay of the bilateral meeting schedule, etc., the Commission may adjust the time of publishing the review results according to the circumstances without further notice.
