The National Development Council (NDC), Ministry of Labor, and National Immigration Agency have compiled briefing materials on the key amendments to the Act, including application procedures for foreign professionals to work in Taiwan (including work-permit exemption for recent overseas Chinese graduates with associate degree or above), eligibility for the new labor pension system, employment insurance enrollment and benefits, as well as residence and permanent residency application regulations (for details, please refer to the dedicated information page for the Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals):
