一、獎助對象：
依僑生回國就學及輔導辦法，於本校大學部、碩士班在學之僑生（含分發及考試）。港澳學生經依香港澳門居民來台就學辦法規定入學者、依外國學生來臺就學辦法入學，在學且具正式學籍之外籍生（不含大陸學位生、交換生及博士生）。

二、 申請資格：

(一) 具有官方証明清寒者。

(二) 大學部舊生：就讀大學部滿一學年，每學期至少修習九學分，前一學年學業成績平均70分以上，操行成績80分以上。延畢生不得申請。

(三) 研究所舊生：就讀研究所滿一學年，每學期至少修習一門學科，且學業成績平均80分以上，操行成績82分以上。但在撰寫碩士論文期間無前一學期成績者，得於本校指定受理期限內，提出指導教授推薦書及論文撰寫計畫申請之，至少包括研究動機與目的、研究架構與設計、資料蒐集來源、論文大綱、參考書目等；此類申請，以一次為限。

(四) 大學部及研究所新生：附高中或大學歷年成績及其他有利文件。

三、 獎助金額及名額：

(一)金額：每名每學年新台幣10,000元整。

(二)名額：視年度預算而定（以未獲其他獎助學金者優先）。

四、申請時間：自即日起至10月27日(一)17：00止，逾期不予受理。請繳件至本校國際事務處。

五、申請應檢附文件：

(一)申請書

(二)在學證明或學生證影本(須有註冊章)。

(三) 前學年之學業與操行成績單(舊生)或高中/大學歷年成績單(新生)。

(四)證明家境清寒之文件（需有官方證明）。

(五)其他有利申請本獎助學金之書面資料或作品。

六、審查標準：

1.依「國立雲林科技大學清寒優秀僑外生獎助學金評分表」評定申請人積分。

2.研究所：清寒積分×60%＋學業成績×20%＋其他有利文件×20%為總積分，依積分高低排列優先順序為原則。

3.大學部：清寒積分×60%＋學業成績×20%＋社團參與證明×10%＋其他有利文件×10%為總積分，依積分高低排列優先順序為原則。

1. Eligibility:
Students enrolled in undergraduate or master’s programs at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (YunTech) who meet the following:

• Overseas Chinese students (through placement or examination channels).

• Hong Kong and Macao students admitted under the Regulations Regarding Hong Kong and Macao Residents Studying in Taiwan.

• International students admitted under the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan, holding official student status.
  (Mainland Chinese degree students, exchange students, and doctoral students are excluded.)

2. Application Requirements:
(1) Must provide official documentation proving financial hardship.
(2) Undergraduate continuing students:

• Must have completed at least one academic year of study.

• Must take at least 9 credits each semester.

• Previous academic year average grade ≥ 70, conduct score ≥ 80.

• Extended study students are not eligible.

(3) Graduate continuing students:

• Must have completed at least one academic year of study.

• Must take at least one course each semester.

• Academic average ≥ 80, conduct score ≥ 82.

• Students writing their thesis without grades in the previous semester may apply once only, by submitting a recommendation letter from the advisor and a thesis proposal, including research motivation, objectives, framework, data sources, outline, and references.

(4) New undergraduate and graduate students:

• Must submit high school or university transcripts and other supporting documents.

3. Scholarship Amount and Quota:

• Amount: NT$10,000 per academic year per recipient.

• Quota: Determined based on the annual budget (priority given to students who have not received other scholarships).

4. Application Period:
From now until October 27 (Mon), 17:00. Late submissions will not be accepted. Please submit all application documents to the Office of International Affairs.

5. Required Documents:
(1) Application form.
(2) Enrollment certificate or copy of student ID (must show current registration stamp).
(3) Transcript for the previous academic year (continuing students) or complete high school/university transcript (new students).
(4) Official proof of financial hardship.
(5) Other supporting documents or works that may strengthen the application.

6. Evaluation Criteria:

1. Applicants will be scored according to the “YunTech Scholarship Evaluation Form for Financially Disadvantaged and Outstanding Overseas & International Students.”

2. Graduate students:

   • Financial hardship score × 60%

   • Academic performance × 20%

   • Supporting documents × 20%

3. Undergraduate students:

   • Financial hardship score × 60%

   • Academic performance × 20%

   • Proof of club participation × 10%

   • Supporting documents × 10%
     → Awards will be given based on total score ranking.
