一、為提供大學校院僑外生畢業後留臺實習機會，教育部訂有「大學校院僑生港澳學生及外國學生畢業後申請在臺實習作業要點」(中、英文版詳如附件1、2)。

二、就113學年度第2學期即將畢業之僑外生，如有畢業後實習之需求，於符合上開要點第2點各款資格之一，並取得要點第3點規定之擬實習機構同意實習證明書，至遲應於居留效期屆滿2個月前，向學校提出畢業後實習之申請，經學校初審後，將相關申請表件函送本部審查。

三、檢送僑外生畢業後實習相關申請表件(如附件3)，其中在臺實習申請表係按就學身分別區分為僑生(含港澳生)、外國學生適用版本。

1. To provide overseas Chinese and international students with internship opportunities in Taiwan after graduation, the Ministry of Education has established the “Operation Directions Governing Applications from Overseas Compatriot Students, Students from Hong Kong and Macao, and International Students for Internships after Graduating from University/College in Taiwan” (please refer to Attachments 1 & 2 for the Chinese and English versions).

2. For overseas Chinese and international students who are expected to graduate in the second semester of the 2024 academic year and intend to stay in Taiwan for internships, those who meet any of the qualifications listed in Article 2 of the Directions and have obtained an Internship Consent Letter from the prospective internship organization (as stated in Article 3) must submit their application to the university no later than two months before the expiration of their current ARC. After the university's initial review, the application will be forwarded to the Ministry of Education for final approval.

3. The application forms for post-graduation internships (see Attachment 3) are provided based on student status—separate versions for overseas Chinese students (including Hong Kong and Macao students) and foreign students.

※ To ensure timely processing by the university and submission to the Ministry of Education, qualified students who wish to apply must submit all required documents to the Office of International Affairs by 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 29, 2024.
