| Project focus | In the exchange and mutual visit plan, the program leader goes to the other country for a research visit, which can be a "one-way research visit" or a "two-way mutual visit." (1) One-way research visits: Regardless of whether our researchers go to Estonia or Ireland comes to Taiwan, they must submit an application and apply for the corresponding travel expenses for our overseas travel expenses or living expenses for Ireland's visit to Taiwan. (Both the sending party and the receiving party need to submit applications) (2) Two-way mutual visits: You can apply for our overseas travel expenses and the Irish side's living expenses in Taiwan at the same time.
