| 計畫重點 | 一、本項徵件之合作領域以下列六項為原則： (一) 人工智慧 (Artificial Intelligence) (二) 森林生態學 (Forest Ecology) (三) 生物物理學 (Biophysics) (四) 微電子學 (Microelectronics) (五) 漢學 (Sinology) (六) 文化學 (Culturology) 二、本計畫必須由臺灣及斯洛伐克雙方研究人員共同組成計畫團隊，研議合作細節並分別完成撰寫計畫申請書，分別提送本會及斯洛伐克研究發展署(SRDA)，任一方未收到申請書，則合作案無法成立。 |

| 對象/資格 | 一、臺方計畫主持人應符合下列資格條件： (一)以現正執行本會補助研究案計畫（下稱原計畫），且於徵件截止日內，原計畫執行期限(不含延長執行期限)尚未屆滿之計畫主持人為限。所稱原計畫不含規劃推動案、產學合作案、代辦案及雙(多)邊協議國際合作研究計畫。 (二) 計畫主持人執行本會重大政策性專案計畫，不得再執行本會其他補助計畫者，仍可提送本方案申請書，以確保雙邊協議合作案之申請得以成案。 二、斯方計畫主持人資格依SRDA相關規定處理（無上列相關限制）。 |

| Project funds | 1. Subsidy items: International cooperation hosting fees (voluntarily increased according to regulations), business expenses required for international cooperation (including research labor costs and supplies), research equipment fees, travel expenses abroad, etc. 2. Subsidy amount: The total of the "expanded value-added" subsidy funds and the original plan funds shall not exceed NT$1,330,000 per year for each case. The actual approved funds shall be subject to the review results. |

| Project focus | 1. The cooperation areas for this solicitation are based on the following six principles: (1) Artificial Intelligence ( 2) Forest Ecology ( 3) Biophysics (4) Microelectronics (Microelectronics) (5) Sinology (6) Culture (Culturology) 2. This project must consist of researchers from Taiwan and Slovakia to form a project team to discuss the details of cooperation and write project applications respectively. Submit the application to the Association and the Slovak Research and Development Agency (SRDA) respectively. If either party does not receive the application, the cooperation project will not be established. |

| Objects/qualifications | 1. The Taiwanese project host should meet the following qualifications: (1) The association’s subsidy research project project (hereinafter referred to as the original project) is currently being implemented, and within the deadline for application submission, the original project implementation period (not (including extension of execution period) has not yet expired. The so-called original plan does not include planning promotion cases, industry-university cooperation cases, agency cases and bilateral (multilateral) agreement international cooperation research projects. (2) If the project leader implements the association's major policy project and is no longer allowed to implement other subsidy projects of the association, he can still submit an application for this program to ensure that the application for the bilateral agreement cooperation project can be completed. 2. The qualification of the Sri Lankan project host shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of SRDA (there are no relevant restrictions listed above). |
