“Global Engineering Program for International Students” (GEPIS) and “Global Engineering Program for Research and Development” (GEP for R&D) for the October 2026 Admission and April 2027 Admission.
 The GEPIS, which is a two-year Master’s Program, and the GEP for R&D, which is a three-year Doctoral Program, both provide an opportunity for international students to study various engineering fields in English.
 The entrance examination is conducted through the screening of applications, so there is no need to come to Japan.
 We would appreciate it very much if you announced this to students in your institute and encouraged them to apply.
 
Both programs will cover all the Majors of Master’s and Doctoral programs of the Graduate School of Engineering at the University of Fukui.
Also, please kindly note that all the required documents for October 2026 Admission shall be in our hands by April 23, 2026. And the application closing date for April 2027 Admission will be October 15, 2026.

福井大学大学院工学研究科（博士前期課程）国際総合工学特別コース（GEPIS）と福井大学大学院工学研究科（博士後期課程）国際技術研究者育成コース（GEP for R&D）の学生募集要項（2026年10月から始まる秋入学期分及び2027年4月から始まる春入学期分）をお送り申し上げます。
GEPISは2年間の博士前期課程，GEP for R&Dは3年間の博士後期課程で，種々の工学分野を英語で勉強する機会を留学生に与えるものです。
本プログラムの入学試験は，書類選考で実施するので来日する必要はありません。
