| 計畫重點 | 為增進我國年輕學者及研究人員國際學術合作經驗，國科會(原國家科學委員會，以下簡稱本會)自1997年起與德國學術交流總署（DAAD）簽署以計畫為基礎之人員交流計畫（Project-Based Personnel Exchange Program，以下簡稱PPP計畫）合作備忘錄，以促進雙方因研究計畫所需之人員合作交流。 | ||

Funding Details:

Each project may receive up to NT$350,000 per year.

The NSTC will cover expenses for Taiwanese researchers traveling to Germany, while DAAD will cover the costs for German researchers visiting Taiwan.

This funding is limited to expenses related to researcher exchange, including living expenses, transportation, and insurance. Research project funding is not included.

Project Duration: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2027 (two years)

Funding for the second year will be approved only upon completion of the first year’s project.

Program Overview:
To enhance international academic collaboration experience among young Taiwanese scholars and researchers, the NSTC (formerly the National Science Council) has collaborated with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) since 1997 through a Memorandum of Understanding on the Project-Based Personnel Exchange Program (PPP Program). This program promotes bilateral researcher exchange in support of collaborative research projects. -
Eligibility:

Principal Investigators (PIs) must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the NSTC’s "Guidelines for the Operation of Research Project Grants".

PIs from both Taiwan and Germany must submit their applications separately to the NSTC and DAAD by the deadline. Only applications submitted to both parties will be considered valid.
