說明：
一、依本會與法國在台協會（BFT）簽署之雙邊合作協議，共同徵求旨揭計畫（2年期），補助雙邊人員互訪及辦理研討會。
二、我方主持人須符合本會「補助專題研究計畫作業要點」之計畫主持人資格；法方計畫主持人得為法國國內各大學及研究機構之研究人員。
三、我方及法方計畫主持人須分別向本會及法方指定機構Campus France，於各自公告之徵件截止期限內提出計畫申請書，始得成案。倘只有單方提出計畫申請書，則無法受理。
四、檢送本案徵求之中文申請須知及英文計畫申請表如附件，相關資訊亦已公告於本會網站https://www.nstc.gov.tw/folksonomy/rfpList。

Explanation:

Based on the bilateral cooperation agreement signed between our organization and the French Office in Taipei (BFT), we are jointly calling for proposals for the aforementioned program (two-year term), which provides funding for bilateral personnel visits and the organization of seminars.

The principal investigator (PI) on our side must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our organization’s Guidelines for Subsidizing Research Projects. The French PI must be a researcher affiliated with universities or research institutions in France.

Both the Taiwanese and French PIs must submit project proposals separately to our organization and the designated French institution, Campus France, before the respective submission deadlines. A project can only be considered valid if applications are submitted by both parties. If only one party submits a proposal, it will not be accepted.
