| 計畫經費 | (一) 臺越雙方計畫主持人研擬共同計畫時，請連同「原計畫」擬提供合作內容及經費，併入本次申請「雙邊協議型擴充加值國際合作計畫」經費後，列為我方合作計畫經費總數。我方「擴充加值」計畫經費以每件每年度新臺幣60萬元為原則。 (二) 本會補助我方「擴充加值國際合作」經費項目包括：國際合作主持費、國際合作所需業務費、赴國外差旅費等，不包含博士級研究人員費用。 (三) 前開國際合作主持費依本會主持費及規劃費核給標準辦理。 |

| Project funding | (1) When the project leaders of Taiwan and Vietnam are developing a joint project, please include the content and funds of the cooperation proposed in the "original plan" in the application for the "Bilateral Agreement-based Expanded Value-added International Cooperation Project" and include it in the total amount of funds for our cooperation project. The funding for our "Expanded Value-Added" program is based on the principle of NT$600,000 per project per year. (II) The funding items subsidized by the Association for "Expanding Value-added International Cooperation" include: international cooperation hosting fees, operating expenses required for international cooperation, overseas travel expenses, etc., but do not include expenses for doctoral level researchers. (III) The hosting fee for international cooperation mentioned above shall be paid in accordance with the standards for hosting fee and planning fee of this Association. |

| Eligibility | The Taiwan project leader should meet the following qualifications: (a) He/she must be the leader of a research project currently being funded by the Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the “original project”). (2) The original project in the preceding paragraph does not include planning promotion projects, industry-university cooperation projects, and bilateral agreements and international cooperation projects, and is related to the research content of the proposed international cooperation project. |
