  • International exchange and cooperation development, VIP reception, establishment of cooperation and exchange agreements in Indonesia (North Sumatra), Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Also, managing the use and control of funds related to visits by the university officials to these areas.
  • Planning the enrollment promotion strategy for overseas Chinese and Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan students at the university, including activities such as educational exhibitions and the preparation of promotional materials.
  • Handling outbound exchange students from the university, short-term overseas research/study programs, and related financial assistance.
  • Implementing the Ministry of Education's scholarship program for sending students from universities and colleges abroad for research and study under the theme of "Voyaging in the Academic Ocean."
