Self-service for Opening a Bank Account

• Under 20 years old: Must open an account at the post office.
  
  

• 20 years old and above: Can open an account at any bank.
  
  

1. Required Documents:

1. ARC (Alien Resident Certificate) / Passport
   
   

2. Student ID
   
   

3. Chinese Name Stamp (Must match the name on your ARC) / If you don’t have a Chinese name, you may simply sign your name when opening the account.
   
   

4. Deposit of NTD 1,000 for account opening

• Nearby Bank: Taiwan Bank, Douliu Branch
  Address: No. 27, Wenhua Road, Douliu City, Yunlin County
  
  

2. After Account Opening:

You must establish a student financial institution account at the school.
Please fill out the Student Financial Institution Transfer Application Form and submit a copy of your bank or postal savings book and your ARC with the application form.
Then, submit the documents to the cashier’s office for account registration.
