Dear international students,

The Ministry of Education is now recruiting university student volunteers for the International Companions for Learning (ICL) program in the first semester of Academic Year 2026.

You will be paired with a local university student and meet weekly online with elementary or junior high school students across Taiwan (including rural areas and offshore islands) to share your culture and practice English together. There are also fully sponsored in-person meet-up trips, and qualified participants will receive an official certificate issued by MOE and National Taiwan University.

Program highlights

• Weekly online sessions for 9–12 weeks
• Paired with a local student partner (help with preparation, translation, and communication)
• Fully sponsored school visit trips
• Official Certificate of Contribution (MOE + NTU)

Who can join: International students (degree-seeking students, Mandarin students, etc.)

教育部目前正在招募 115學年度第1學期「國際學伴計畫」（ICL） 大專生學伴志工，歡迎本校外籍生（含學位生、華語生等）踴躍參加。

這項計畫會將國際學生與台灣大學生配對，一起陪伴各縣市（含偏鄉與離島）國中小學學童進行每週英語視訊課程，分享彼此文化。另外也有 全額補助 的實體相見歡出隊。表現合格者可獲教育部與國立臺灣大學共同核發的服務貢獻證明。

活動亮點
