【公告】僑務委員會115年度傑出及學行優良僑生獎學金受理申請~9/13截止 OCAC Outstanding Overseas Chinese Student Scholarship & Excellent Academic and Conduct Scholarship

115年度傑出及學行優良僑生獎學金申請公告

一、申請期間

即日起至115年9月13日（日）23:59截止。

二、申請資格

凡就讀大專校院二年級以上或五年制專科學校四年級以上之在學僑生（含符合資格之香港、澳門學生），並符合下列條件者，均得提出申請：

  1. 114學年度學業總平均成績達80分以上。

  2. 114學年度上下兩學期操行成績均達甲等（80分）以上。

  3. 留級、重讀或延畢者不得申請。

  4. 碩士班及博士班學生不得申請。

三、獎學金名額及金額

（一）傑出僑生獎學金

每名可獲頒新臺幣20,000元及獎狀乙紙，本年度核給本校2名。

（二）學行優良僑生獎學金

每名可獲頒新臺幣6,000元及獎狀乙紙，本年度核給本校10名。

四、申請方式

請於期限內填寫 Google 表單，並上傳包含114學年度上下兩學期成績之完整成績單：

五、審查及注意事項

  1. 申請人數如超過核配名額，將由本校依申請資格、學業及操行成績等資料審查後擇優推薦。

  2. 填寫申請表單不代表確定獲獎，最終獲獎名單以僑務委員會核定結果為準。

  3. 115年度已獲本獎學金者，明（116）年不得以114學年度學行成績申請僑務委員會「受理捐贈僑生獎助學金」。

2026 Outstanding and Excellent Overseas Compatriot Student Scholarship Application

Application Period

From now until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, September 13, 2026.

Eligibility

Overseas compatriot students enrolled in the second year or above at a university or college, or in the fourth year or above at a five-year junior college, may apply. Eligible Hong Kong and Macao students may also apply.

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

  1. An overall academic average of 80 or above for Academic Year 2025–2026 (AY 114).

  2. A conduct grade of 80 or above in both semesters of Academic Year 2025–2026 (AY 114).

  3. Students who have repeated a year, repeated their studies, or extended their graduation are not eligible.

  4. Master’s and doctoral students are not eligible.

Scholarship Categories, Quotas, and Awards

  1. Outstanding Overseas Compatriot Student Scholarship

    • Award: NT$20,000 and a certificate

    • YunTech quota: 2 recipients

  2. Excellent Academic and Conduct Scholarship

    • Award: NT$6,000 and a certificate

    • YunTech quota: 10 recipients

Selection and Important Notes

  1. If the number of eligible applicants exceeds the allocated quota, YunTech will review the applicants’ eligibility, academic performance, and conduct grades and recommend the most qualified candidates.

  2. Submission of the application form does not guarantee an award. The final list of recipients is subject to approval by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC).

  3. Students who receive this scholarship in 2026 may not use their Academic Year 2025–2026 (AY 114) academic and conduct records to apply for the OCAC Donated Scholarship in 2027.
