【畢業僑生留臺工作資訊】

勞動部更新畢業僑生從事「旅宿服務」及「商港碼頭貨物裝卸」工作的相關規定。

重點如下：

1. 須具備華語或英語聽力／口說 A2 以上能力，或符合其他規定的語言資格。
2. 使用英文能力等資格受聘者，原則上須在受聘後三年內取得華語聽力或口說 A2。
3. 從事旅宿服務工作者，須完成至少80小時的相關訓練。
4. 最低月薪：旅宿服務新臺幣32,000元、商港碼頭工作新臺幣39,000元。

[Employment Information for Overseas Chinese Students] Updated Hiring Requirements for Hotel and Commercial Port Jobs

The Ministry of Labor has updated the hiring requirements for foreign technical workers in hotel services and cargo handling at commercial ports. Key points include:

1. Applicants must have Chinese or English listening/speaking proficiency at A2 level or above, or meet other approved language requirements.
2. Those hired based on English proficiency or other approved qualifications are generally required to obtain Chinese listening or speaking proficiency at A2 level within three years of employment.
3. Those working in hotel services must complete at least 80 hours of relevant training. Training courses provided by employers may also be counted.
4. Minimum monthly salary: NT$32,000 for hotel service jobs and NT$39,000 for commercial port jobs.
