依據 本校學生宿舍寒暑假住宿要點辦理。
According to the university’s Dormitory Regulations for Winter and Summer Breaks.
一、申請注意事項：
1. Application Notes:
(一) 開放宿舍棟別：男生D1棟、女生B3棟，冷氣房。
(1) Available Dormitories: Male – D1; Female – B3. All rooms are air-conditioned.
(二) 申請暨繳費日期：2025年4月28日(一)至114年5月16日(五)16時止。
(2) Application and Payment Period: April 28 (Mon) to May 16 (Fri), 2025, until 4:00 PM.
(三) 暑宿床位名單公告：114年5月27日(二)。
(3) List of Assigned Summer Dormitory Beds: To be announced on May 27 (Tue), 2025.
(四) 暑期住宿期間：自114年6月22日(日)至114年8月27日(三)止，共66日。
(4) Summer Housing Period: From June 22 (Sun) to August 27 (Wed), 2025 – total of 66 days.
(五) 計費方式：依住宿要點核算每人每日64元（7,955元不含清潔費之學期總價/124天學期總日數），不論申請住宿天數長短，一律應繳4,224元（計66日）和保證金500元（含鑰匙100元、清潔復原100元、公物300元），合計4,724元。冷氣卡請自行至郵件中心購買，未用完者可登記退費；住宿費不含清潔費，請自行維護宿舍環境。
(5) Fee Calculation: Based on NT$64 per person per day (derived from NT$7,955 per semester ÷ 124 days). Regardless of the number of days applied for, each student must pay NT$4,224 (66 days) plus a deposit of NT$500 (includes NT$100 for keys, NT$100 for cleaning, NT$300 for public property), totaling NT$4,724. Air-conditioning cards can be purchased at the Mail Center; unused balances may be refunded. Cleaning fees are not included in the accommodation fee—please help maintain the dormitory environment.

暑宿申請以班級為單位，請轉知班代協助收齊申請單與費用，填妥班級暑宿總名冊並由各系審查後，請班代以團體方式逕至出納組繳費，114年5月16日(五)16時前將學生個人申請表正本(含保證金之收據)及完成繳費有出納組核章之總名冊逕送學生宿舍服務中心，辦理床位安排。
1. Applications are to be handled by class representatives. Please collect all individual application forms and payments, complete the class summary list, and submit it for department review. The class rep should then pay as a group at the Cashier Section. Before 4:00 PM on May 16 (Fri), 2025, submit the original application forms (with deposit receipts) and the stamped summary list to the Student Dormitory Service Center for bed assignment. -
低收入戶資格者申請暑宿可免住宿費（仍須付保證金500元），基於個資保密措施，得不透過班代，自行完成申請與繳費流程，並於114年5月16日(五)16時前繳至宿舍服務中心。
2. Students from low-income households are exempt from the accommodation fee (but must still pay the NT$500 deposit). To maintain personal privacy, they may submit their applications and payments independently and directly to the Dormitory Service Center before 4:00 PM on May 16 (Fri), 2025, without going through the class rep.
二、暑假期間住宿之學生，請各系系主任導師及班導師不定期給予關懷。
2. During the summer break, department chairs and class advisors are requested to provide occasional care and check-ins for students staying in the dormitory.
三、暑假住宿規定、學生申請表、及班級申請暑宿總名冊等請自行至學務處網站之表單下載頁面下載使用。首頁 >> 行政單位 >>學務處>> 表單下載 >> 學生宿舍>> 學生宿舍各類表格。
3. Regulations, student application forms, and class summary lists for summer housing can be downloaded from the Student Affairs Office website:

四、暑假期間學生宿舍全區將進行電力、水力檢測等相關修繕工程（擇期公告），並有清潔公司施作全面清潔。若無法接受者，請勿申請暑假住宿。
4. During the summer, the dormitory area will undergo power/water inspections and other maintenance works (to be announced). A cleaning company will also conduct a full-scale cleaning. If you cannot accept these conditions, please do not apply for summer housing.
五、如有特殊原因需申請暑假退宿，請於6月20日(五)前向學生宿舍服務中心辦理，申請退宿者皆須扣宿舍點數1點，逾期申請恕不退費（退費含住宿費與保證金）。
5. For those needing to withdraw from summer housing for special reasons, please apply at the Dormitory Service Center before June 20 (Fri). One dormitory point will be deducted. Late applications will not be eligible for a refund (includes both accommodation fee and deposit).
